The São Paulo Grand Prix is always a spectacle, and 2023 could not be different! With a podium for Red Bull, McLaren with Lando Noris once again, and Aston Martin. Brazilians invaded the track and even “Olê olê olá, Senna, Senna” sang in honour of our Brazilian idol who made history in F1 and will always remain alive in our hearts, even more so in a week as important as this one. Lots of crashes and fights!

Until the last lap of the race, there was commotion on the track and in the stands. The fight between Fernando Alonso and Sergio Pérez excited the fans, who screamed as they overtook the Mexican on the penultimate lap. Still, the fight the Spaniard made on the last lap was even more impressive. Alonso crossed the finish line in third, just 4.45m ahead of Pérez, and was still 26km/h faster. I couldn’t believe it; it had been a long time since I had witnessed such a fierce, loyal and emotional dispute! Furthermore, the pleasure that only understands those passionate about this sport, a memorable weekend!

It was quite a weekend for Aston Martin, who spared no energy in celebrating their driver’s brilliant performance on the track. A third place in Brazil, which everyone welcomes and celebrates, Alonso showed that despite being 42 years old, he is still in great shape and will take a lot of work. In addition to him, who also deserves recognition for the weekend, is the Canadian Lance Stroll, who started in third position and remained in the points zone for a good part of the race, taking care of his tires and pace.
