On a personal note, his win was somewhat overshadowed by his team’s decision to instruct Lando to let him pass on the radio, and we had to witness all the drama. Such team orders should ideally be resolved pre-race to avoid controversy. Despite this, Piastri’s performance was outstanding, and he thoroughly deserved his victory. His triumph promises a bright future in the sport, making him a driver to keep an eye on.
