Alright, let’s dive right in: this show stings. The plot, the character development, it all stings, just like life itself. Yet, despite the pain, it’s difficult to look away. It’s a unique type of discomfort, not quite like the visceral shocks of “OldBoy” or “I Saw the Devil.” Instead, it’s the kind of ache that forces you to confront your own past missteps and reconsider your entire perspective on life.

Starring Yoo Yeon-seok, who is undoubtedly one of my icons in the South Korean scene. He stole my heart with his portrayal of the Samurai character Goo Dong Mae in the beautiful production of “Mr. Sunshine.” With that being said, I never miss anything he does! The plot revolves around four young adults with diverse interests who cross paths in life, all seeking to unravel the meaning of love. A long journey, hard to follow, but impossible to forget!
